<br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that Roseville Area Schools request for
<br />approval of an overall signage plan for Roseville Area High School be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, May 26, 1998.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that staff be directed to bring an ordinance
<br />establishing Special Service District No.1 for the Roseville Shopping Center
<br />owned by Bradley Real Estate to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday,
<br />May 26, 1998, with any modifications. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9544, calling a public
<br />hearing on May 26, 1998, 7: 15 p.m. on the adoption of an ordinance
<br />establishing Special Service District No.1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9545, calling a public RESOLUTION
<br />hearing on May 26, 1998, 7: 15 p.m. on the imposition of service charges within 9545
<br />Special Service District No.1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wall seconded, that Resolution 9546, approving and
<br />authorizing the execution of a Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 2668
<br />Lexington Avenue as part of the Housing Replacement Program within the
<br />City of Roseville Housing Improvement Program, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wall moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9547, setting date for expiration
<br />of retroactivity of pension increases due to Fire Pension Board inaction in
<br />meeting fiscal improvement measures, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.
