<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />April 27, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l through
<br />C-3, C-8 through C-ll, and C-13, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-l Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized CENTRE POINTE
<br />to execute the Public Pathway Easement (a perpetual easement for public BUSINESS PARK
<br />walkway and bicycle pathway purposes) between Builders Association of the PUBLIC PATHWAY
<br />Twin Cities (Centre Pointe Business Park) and the City of Roseville, on EASEMENT
<br />properties legally described within said document, in accordance with the
<br />recommendations of the City Engineer and Community Development Director.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that the following blanket minor variances
<br />be approved:
<br />
<br />1. Eugene Heuer, 2480 Churchill Street, to reduce the driveway setback to
<br />1 foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an
<br />existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code.
<br />
<br />2. John Huppertz, 2465 Churchill Street, to reduce the driveway setback to
<br />1 foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an
<br />existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Martin O'Connor's request for a minor
<br />variance to reduce the side yard setback of a driveway to less than 1 foot to
<br />allow the continuance of a driveway and parking space at 1972 Fairview
<br />Avenue North be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
