<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9548, accepting a petition for
<br />ornamental street lights on Centre Pointe Drive and ordering the preparation of
<br />a Feasibility Report for the street lights as Project UL-98-1O, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that the amendment of the General Fund
<br />Budget in the amount of $4,400 to cover the City costs incurred in removing
<br />storm related debris be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9549, final acceptance and
<br />maintenance for utility and street curb and gutter, Tschida's Owasso Hills 4th
<br />Addition, and starting the two year warranty period, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
