Roseville City Council Minutes June 8, 1998 C-5 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Susan Weber's request for a minor variance to reduce the setback from an unimproved right-of-way (extension of Grotto Street) to 27 feet, for the purpose of constructing a seven foot addition to an attached garage, at 749 Sextant Avenue West be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. C-6 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Julie Dobesh's request for a minor variance to reduce the corner side yard setback to 25 feet and to increase the rear yard lot coverage to 27%, for the purpose of replacing a 16' x 22.5' non- conforming garage with a 22' x 36' garage, at 2151 Midlothian Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
