City of Roseville Council Minutes July 13, 1998 Page 2 C-5 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a public hearing be established for LAKE Monday, August 10, 1998 to consider the proposed ordinance and Joint Powers JOSEPHINE Agreement with the City of Arden Hills regarding Lake Josephine water surface WATER SURF ACE use. C-6 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City of Roseville request to vacate a portion of Dellwood Street be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 24,1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. C-7 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the following blanket minor variances be approved: 1. Lloyd and Joyce Dewey, 2922 Simpson Street North, to reduce the driveway setback to 1 foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B of the City Code; and 2. Judith Anderson, 2936 Arona Street North, to reduce the driveway setback to 0 feet along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B of the City Code.
