Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9562, authorizing the joint <br />application for the Livable Communities Demonstration Program for the <br />Neighborhood Commons Project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9563, authorizing application <br />for the Livable Communities Demonstration Program for the Larpenteur <br />Neighborhood Revitalization Project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued) Items F-3 through <br />F-5 from REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS, and N. ADJOURNMENT. <br /> <br />RECOGNITIONS <br />Marcie Padgett, representing the Minnesota Recreation and Parks Association, <br />presented the City of Roseville an Award of Excellence for the Roseville <br />Skating Center "Skate Park". <br /> <br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />(Maschka arrived during this portion of the meeting) <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the final adoption of an ordinance <br />adding Chapter 707 to the Roseville City Code to administer and regulate the <br />public right-of-way in the public interest, and to provide for the issuance and <br />regulation of right-of-way permits be continued to the regular City Council <br />meeting of Monday, July 27,1998.
