<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Wiski, ROLL CALL
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />A. COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />A-I Harold Bartel, 683 Shryer, was present at the meeting and presented Council HAROLD BARTEL
<br />with a petition signed by the neighborhood objecting to a planned 8' wide
<br />bituminous pathway proposed along Dale Street. This project is part of a
<br />Federal ISTEA Grant and is targeted for construction in the year 2000. The
<br />neighborhood wants these funds to be used to construct a sidewalk, not a
<br />bike path, on the west side of Dale Street, south of County Road B.
<br />
<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />July 27, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
