<br />1-8 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Suzanne Wild's request for a variance to SUZANNE WILD
<br />increase the width of a commercial curb cut from 36' to 55' for the purpose of
<br />retaining off street parking spaces at 2960 Snelling Avenue North be moved to
<br />the end of the agenda. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and
<br />Nays: Wall.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1209, adding Chapter
<br />707 to the Roseville City Code to administer and regulate the public right-of-
<br />way in the public interest, and to provide for the issuance and regulation of
<br />right-of-way permits, be adopted as amended by changing Section 707.15,
<br />Subdivision 4. Screening. on page 15 to read:
<br />
<br />"A permittee placing a utility cabinet or other structure on any boulevard
<br />or other right-of-way area shall be required to provide visual screening
<br />of the structure with appropriate landscaping, as determined by the Director.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1210, granting to Northern
<br />States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, its successors and assigns,
<br />permission to construct, operate, repair and maintain in the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, an electric distribution system and transmission lines, including
<br />necessary poles, lines, fixtures and appurtenances, for the furnishing of
<br />electric energy to the City, its inhabitants, and others, and to use the public
<br />ways and public grounds of the City for such purposes, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1211, granting to Northern
<br />States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, its successors and
<br />assigns, permission to construct, operate, repair and maintain in the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, a gas distribution system including the necessary gas
<br />pipes, mains and appurtenances for the transmission or distribution of gas
<br />to the City, its inhabitants, and others, and transmitting gas into and through
<br />the City, and to use the public ways and public grounds of the City for such
<br />purposes, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
