Chris Samuel, from Ramsey County Elections, <br />Resolution 9932 <br />answered questions about under voting and over voting. <br />Ramsey County <br />Goedeke commented on the advantages of the new election <br />Joint Powers Agmt <br />equipment. <br />Elections System <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve a resolution <br />joining Ramsey County and the other Ramsey communities in a <br />joint purchase of replacement voting machines, with funding from <br />the equipment replacement fund in the amount not to exceed <br />$70,000. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />J-2Klausing moved, Mastel seconded, to approve a resolution to <br />Resolution 9933 <br />accept the Charter Commission proposed ballot question to be <br />Charter <br />voted on at the November 6, 2001 City General Election. <br />Ballot Question <br />Approving placement of the proposed Charter on the ballot does <br />not signify endorsement of the Charter.
