Kysylyczyn asked the Council for any <br />Resolution 9927 <br />modifications to the proposed resolution. Kysylyczyn commented <br />Roselawn Cemetery <br />about an environmental study. Kysylyczyn commented that he <br />803 Larpenteur Av <br />did not support the findings proposed by Jamnik, but he would <br />Deny CUP <br />vote to deny the CUP due to the lack of an environmental study, <br />(PF3315) <br />and for the additional reasons he stated at this Council meeting <br />but were not in the proposed Resolution. <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of a resolution <br />establishing findings and denying the conditional use permit <br />request by Roselawn Cemetery to allow the construction of a <br />crematory facility at 803 Larpenteur Avenue.
