<br />Regular Meeting of November 13, 2001
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />7:00 p.m. Roll Call
<br />present (voting order): Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and
<br />Kysylyczyn. Absent: none.

<br />G-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to approve a donation of $500 Session)
<br />each to Police and Firefighter Relief Funds in NYC Addressing
<br />September 11, 2001 needs. Roseville Fire Chief Rich Gasaway and
<br />Agenda Change
<br />Roseville Police Officer Mark Schultz were present to speak to the
<br />G-1
<br />money that members of each department had raised privately to support
<br />the families of firefighters and police officers killed in NYC on September
<br />11, 2001.
<br />A.Communications and Public Comment
<br />A-1Mastel acknowledged the successful season for the Roseville
<br />Area High School Football Team.
<br />A-2Kysylyczyn acknowledged Council Members Elect Schroeder and
<br />Kough, who were present in the audience.
<br />B.Approval of MinutesMinutes
<br />B-1Goedeke moved, Klausing seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of October 22, 2001 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />Abstain: Mastel (absent 10/22/01).

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Items C-1 through C-3,
<br />and C-5 through C-6 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />C-1Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve the request by
<br />Pawn America
<br />Pawn America to operate as a Currency Exchange Company at
<br />1715 Rice Street
<br />1715 North Rice Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Currency Exchange
<br />Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.

<br />Ramsey County Soccer
<br />Ramsey County Soccer Partners for Rosebrook Park for $60,453
<br />Partners Grant
<br />for the lighting of two new soccer fields. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />C-3Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve the final election
<br />Canvass General
<br />results as presented. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,

<br />C-4After clarifying that this item simply sets a public hearing for the
<br />Concordia Academy
<br />request, that the request, if approved, will not constitute a debt of
<br />2400 Dale Street North
<br />the City, and that the Council would be briefed about the project
<br />Establish Public
<br />before the proposed public hearing at a Work Session on
<br />Hearing
<br />November 19, 2001, Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, to
<br />establish a public hearing on December 17, 2001 regarding the
<br />issuance of $4.5 million of Private School Facility Revenue
<br />Bonds, Series 2001 for Concordia Academy. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays:
<br />none.
<br />C-5Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve the listed license
