<br />proposed abatement costs. Mastel asked about occupancy
<br />during reconstruction. Goedeke asked about the appraised value
<br />of the home. Kysylyczyn asked about painting versus vinyl siding,
<br />and the general level to which abated property should be raised.
<br />Mastel, Maschka, and Klausing commented in favor of siding.
<br />Klausing commented on health, safety and welfare concerns.
<br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to continue this agenda
<br />item to the November 26, 2001 Council meeting, in order to
<br />receive more information regarding the amount of the outstanding
<br />mortgage on the property, any liens, and the appraised value of
<br />the property. Following Council discussion, Kysylyczyn withdrew
<br />the motion.
