Mastel asked about <br />2002 PMP <br />Josephine Road and West Owasso Boulevard reconstructions <br />andexpressed concern about these contracts. <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution <br />approving Project Locations for the 2002 Pavement Management <br />Program: Streets, Pathways and Parking Lots. Mastel asked whether the property owner was <br />Resolution 9953 <br />current on property taxes. Kysylyczyn asked about lien holders. <br />1661 Stanbridge Street <br />Maschka commented about tax forfeiture. Goedeke asked about <br />Abatement <br />occupancy of the structure. Klausing asked how, and how likely it <br />(PF3200) <br />is that, the City and its citizens will recoup the $37,354 in <br />proposed abatement costs. Mastel asked about occupancy <br />during reconstruction. Goedeke asked about the appraised value <br />of the home. Kysylyczyn asked about painting versus vinyl siding, <br />and the general level to which abated property should be raised. <br />Mastel, Maschka, and Klausing commented in favor of siding. <br />Klausing commented on health, safety and welfare concerns. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to continue this agenda <br />item to the November 26, 2001 Council meeting, in order to <br />receive more information regarding the amount of the outstanding <br />mortgage on the property, any liens, and the appraised value of <br />the property. Following Council discussion, Kysylyczyn withdrew <br />the motion. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize, by resolution, <br />the Community Development Director to abate those City Code <br /> <br />
