Klausing moved, Kysylyczyn seconded to deny the appeal of Mr. Vengesana R. Sridhar of 654 Grandview of the removal of dangerous portions of a tree, as identified in the photograph displayed and marked in the Council?s proceedings, from his premises and to authorize the notification of Sridhar that he has 30 days from December 12, 2001 to remove the designated portions of the tree from his property and if Mr. Sridhar fails to comply within the 30 day period, that the City will, within 10 days, order a licensed contractor to remove the dangerous portion of the tree and assess the costs to the property.
