Klausing commented on the scope of the <br />Council?s authority. <br />Klausing moved, Kysylyczyn seconded to deny the appeal of <br />Mr. Vengesana R. Sridhar of 654 Grandview of the removal of <br />dangerous portions of a tree, as identified in the photograph <br />displayed and marked in the Council?s proceedings, from his <br />premises and to authorize the notification of Sridhar that he has <br />30 days from December 12, 2001 to remove the designated <br />portions of the tree from his property and if Mr. Sridhar fails to <br />comply within the 30 day period, that the City will, within 10 <br />days, order a licensed contractor to remove the dangerous <br />portion of the tree and assess the costs to the property. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
