Goedeke <br />City Code <br />spoke to the history of the B-6 Zoning designation; and he asked <br />Office Park District/ <br />about the impact of this change on the quality of the materials <br />Mixed Use Business <br />used to construct buildings within the B-6 Zone. The first reading <br />Park <br />was held. <br />Klausing moved, Mastel seconded, to waive the second reading <br />and adopt an ordinance approving the proposed text <br />amendments to City Code Section 1005.07 (the "B-6", "Office <br />Park District") and rename it "B-6", "Mixed Use Business Park", <br />which is consistent with the purpose and intent of the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan definition and designation. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Klausing, Mastel and <br />Kysylyczyn.
