<br />1.030. Amendments and Additions. Ordinances <br />passed subsequent to Ordinance No. 1036 shall, where <br />appropriate, be deemed additions or amendments to the <br />City Code. Such ordinances shall be incorporated into <br />the Code from time to time by the printing of revision <br />sheets for inclusion in the Code. <br /> <br />1.040. Violations and Penalty. Any person <br />violating any provision of the City Code of Roseville <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not to <br />exceed ninety (90) days, or both. <br /> <br />1.050. Publication of Code and Effective Date. <br />This ordinance, the City Code of Roseville, together <br />with such indexes, supplements, appendices or other <br />material as the Council may designate, shall be <br />published in book form and a substantial quantity of <br />copies shall be printed and available at the office <br />of the Manager for general distribution to the public. <br />The City Code shall become operative and effective upon <br />its passage and as soon as the Manager shall publish a <br />notice for two (2) successive weeks in the official <br />newspaper of the City of Roseville, stating that the <br />printed copies of the City Code are available at the <br />office of the Manager for general distribution. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />11th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />(/) / <br />(-1.'-'7/11._;;,,,' -/ C~~ <br />Manager <br />
