U~ SECTION 3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT "A" In an "A" Residence District no building or land shall be used, and no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered unless otherwise provided herein, except for one of the following uses: 1. One family dwellings and their accessory buildings. 2. Public parks. 3. Churches and schools. ~. Gardening which shall not include stock raising, dairying, or the keeping of hogs. SECTION 4 RESIDENCE DISTRICT "B" In a "B" Residence District no building or land. shall be used, and no building shall hereafter be erected, converts d, or structurally altered unless otherwise provided herein, except for one or more of the follow- ing uses: 1. Any use permitted in the "A" Residence District. 2. Two family dwelling. 3. Colleges, libraries, or community buildings, any one of which shall require a special permit to be issued by the local govern- ing body. ~. Offices of professional persons when located in the dwelling. SECTION 5 RESIDENCE DISTRICT "C" In a "C" Residence District no building or land shall be used and no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered unless otherwise provided herein except for one or more of the following uses: 1. Any use permitted in the "A" or °B" Residence Districts. 2. Multiple dwellings, hotels, boarding and rooming houses, tourist homes, lodging houses. 3. Public or private playgrounds. 4. Hospitals, sanitariums, philanthropic or charitable in- stitutions, any one of which shall require a special permit to be issued by the local governing body. SECTION 6 BUSINESS DISTRICT In a Business District, no building or land shall be used,' and no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered, unless otherwise provided herein, ,except for one or more of the following uses: 1. Any use permitted in residence district.
