Trailer camps by special permit and conformance to existing regulations. 11. Any other retail business or personal service which is similar in character to any other use permitted in this district. All structures in this district, except those permitted in resi- dence district, shall require a special permit. This special permit is to be issued by not less than a two-thirds (2/3) vote by number of the members of the council. SECTION 7 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT in an Industrial District, all buildings and land may be used for any lawful use provided, however, that no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered for any of the following uses, except Residence Class "A" or "B", unless the location and use shall have been approved by the council. 1. Acid manufacture. 2. Cement, lime, gypsum, or plaster o~ Paris manufacture. 3. Distillation of bones. 4. Explosives or fireworks, manufacture or storage. 5. Fat rendering. 6.
