<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1060 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS IN THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE, <br />PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS, REQUIRING PERMITS <br />FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITES, REQUIRING VALVES ON CERTAIN TANKS STORING <br />CERTAIN PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 34.010, 34.050, <br />34.090, 34.110, 34.140; BY ADDING SECTION 34.011; AND REPEALING <br />SECTION 34.095. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville, Section 34.010 <br /> <br />Adoption of Uniform Fire Code and Establishment of Duties of Fire <br /> <br />Marshal. Section C. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />C. Whenever the terms "State Fire <br />Marshal" or "Fire Chief" appears in the <br />Uniform Fire Code, it shall include the Fire <br />Marshal of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by <br /> <br />adding Section 34.011 Fire Prevention Inspections to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 34.011. Fire Prevention <br />Inspections. Inspection personnel of the <br />City of Roseville who are authorized by the <br />Fire Chief are empowered to conduct fire <br />prevention inspections of any and all Group <br />"A", "B", "E", "H", "I" and "R" occupancies <br />as defined in the Minnesota State Building <br />Code, located within the City. <br /> <br />" <br />
