<br />III. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville, Section <br /> <br />34.050 is amended by adding paragraph (4) as follows: <br /> <br />(4) Tanks shall be equipped <br />with a valve at the outlet of the tank. <br />The valve shall be designed to <br />automatically shut off the flow of fuel <br />in the event of the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Excess flow of fuel <br />(b) Automatic detection of fire <br />conditions. <br /> <br />The valve shall also be capable of manual <br />operation. The valve shall be inter- <br />connected with all related electrical <br />equipment. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville, Section <br /> <br />34.090. Permits Required is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 34.090. Permits Required. <br />A permit from the Fire Prevention Bureau is <br />required to conduct the following: <br /> <br />A. Install any automatic fire <br />sprinkler system. <br />B. Install any automatic fire <br />suppression or extinguishing system. <br />C. Modify an automatic sprinkler, <br />fire suppression system, or fire <br />extinguishing system when the value of the <br />modifications exceeds $1,000.00. <br />D. Install any above ground or <br />under ground liquid fuel storage tank. <br />E. Install any above ground or <br />under ground liquified gas storage tank. <br />F. Install or modify any fire <br />alarm detection or signaling system when the <br />value of the installation or modification <br />exceeds $1,000.00. <br />G. Remove an underground liquid <br />fuel storage tank. <br /> <br />A fee, as established by the current edition <br />of the Uniform Building Code shall be paid <br />for each permit required by this Section.
