<br />I <br />< \'. , <br />f, <br /> <br />034 <br /> <br />SECTION 5 <br /> <br />The Council shall direct such investigation of said applica- <br />tion as it may deem necessary and applicant shall permit representa- <br />tives of any Village Department to inspect and examine the premises <br />described in the application together with all the appliances and <br />instruments used or to be used in the operation of said business <br />for which a license is sought and, upon eonsideration of the matter <br />by the Council, the Council shall thereafter grant or deny the same. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br /> <br />The license herein provided for shall expire upon the date of <br />the annual election next after the granting thereof, and Bs1d license <br />fee shall be for a period of one year. If the license shall be issued <br />for a period of less than 8 months, the license fee shall be prorated <br />for said shorter period. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 <br /> <br />Any person violating the proviSions of this ordinance shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 <br />or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage. <br /> <br />~~O ,';r~~ <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />
