<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: December 9, 1991 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 9th day of December, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The followinq members were present: <br />Maschka, Thomas, Cushm~n, Johnson, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution 8731 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLIC SALE <br />OF $20,035,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />TAX INCREMENT REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Findinq: Amount and Purpose. It is hereby found, <br />determined and declared that this City should issue $20,035,000 <br />General Obligation Tax Increment Refunding Bonds, Series 1992 <br />(the "Bonds") for the purpose of providing funds sufficient for a <br />crossover refunding of the City's (i) General obligation Bonds of <br />1985, consisting of General Obligation State-Aid Highway Bonds <br />and General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 1; and (ii) <br />General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 2. <br /> <br />2. Meetina: Bid opening. This City Council shall meet <br />at the time and place specified in the form of Notice of Bond <br />Sale attached hereto as Exhibit A for the purpose of considering <br />bids for, and awarding the sale of, the Bonds. The Manager, or <br />designee, shall open sealed bids at the time and place specified <br />in such Notice of Bond Sale. <br /> <br />25726 <br />
