<br />3. Notice of Bond Sale. The Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of said meeting to be published in the official newspaper <br />of the city and in Northwestern Financial Review not less than <br />ten (10) days in advance of the date of sale, as provided by law, <br />which notice shall be in substantially the form set forth in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> <br />4. Official Notice of Sale. The terms and conditions <br />of the Bonds and the sale thereof are fully set forth in the <br />"Official Notice of Sale" attached hereto as Exhibit B and hereby <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />5. Official Statement. The Manager, Assistant <br />Manager, Finance Director and other officers or employees of the <br />city are hereby authorized to participate in the preparation of <br />an official statement for the Bonds. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Johnson and, after full <br />discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />25726 <br /> <br />2 <br />
