<br />71 <br /> <br />Sundays that the defendant uniformly keeps another da.y of the week as holy time. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 <br /> <br />Every junk dealer shall keep the premises where junk is kept in a clean and <br />orderly manner and all junk or any other of the materials described in Section One <br />of this ordinanoe shall at all reasonable times be subjeot to inspeotion by the <br />Village Coundil or its designated agent or the sheriff of Ramsey County and his <br />deputies and by persons aocompanied by a police officer, the sheriff or one of <br />his deputies; said inspection shall be for the purpo~e of discovering stolen prop- <br />erty. <br /> <br />SECTION S <br /> <br />All persons licensed in accordance with the terms of this ordinance shall be <br />conclusiv~l:l presumed to have consented to such inspection and to have authorized <br />the entrance an their premises for the purpose of such inspection. <br /> <br />SECTION 9 <br /> <br />All junk dealers maintaining an estab~ished plao-e of business and licensed in <br />accordance vdth the provisions of this ordinance, shall keep a separate book in <br />which shall be recorded a genera.l description of all junk and all property mention- <br />ed in Seotion One of this ordinance, together with the name of the person framwham <br />purchased, the date of purchase and the amount paid therefor. <br /> <br />SECTION 10 <br /> <br />Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinanoe shall be guilty of <br />a misdemeanor punishable by fine not to exoeed $100 or by imprisomnent not to exoeed <br />90 days. <br /> <br />SECTION 11 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effeot and be in force from and after September 1st, <br />1950. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 15th day of August. 1950. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~~ <br />, .-~ <br />
