<br />84 <br /> <br />SECTION VI <br /> <br />The Council shall direct such investigation as it may deem necessary, <br />and the applicant shall permit any representative of the Village to inspect and <br />examine the place described in the application, and upon receipt of such report <br />the 'Council shall thereai'ter consider the application and grant or deny the same. <br /> <br />SECTION VII <br /> <br />The licenses herein provided for shall expire on July 1 following the <br />date of issuance. <br /> <br />SECTION VIII <br /> <br />Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or b, imprisonment <br />not to exceed 90 days~ <br /> <br />SECTION IX <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 1st day of July, 1952. <br /> <br />Approved: July 1, 1952, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~ <br />
