<br />ORDINANCE NO. 149 <br /> <br />99 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, <br />COMMERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY oPROVIDING Fon THE CLASSIFICATION, <br />REGULATION AND RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AIm OF <br />BUILDINGS USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFI11J PURPOSES, REGULATING <br />AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREAS, ESTABLISHING THE BREAKDOWN <br />OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING l'ENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Rosevil1e ordains as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, the Village of Roseville is hereby <br />divided into the following six classes of use districts: <br /> <br />1. Farm residence districts <br />2. Residence districts "A" <br />3. Residence districts liB" <br />4. Residence districts "C" <br />5. Business districts <br />6. Industrial districts <br /> <br />The ordinances of these districts, except the business districts, are as <br />shown upon the zoning map which accompanies this plan which is hereby declared <br />to be a part hereof; all notations, references and other matters shown upon <br />said lJlap shall be as much a part of this plan as though fully described herein. <br /> <br />No building or premiees shall be erected or used for any purpose that <br />does not comply with the use regulation of the district in 'Which^said building, <br />or premises, is located. <br /> <br />The exact dimensions of the Business Districts are shown on. maps contained <br />in the Ramsey County Atlas. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br />Farm Residence District <br /> <br />In a Farm Residence District no building or land shall he used, and no <br />building shall be erected, converted, or structurally altered, unless otherwise <br />provided herein except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> <br />1. Any use permitted in the "A" Residence District. <br />2. General farming or gardening. <br />3. Commercial greenhouses and nurseries. <br />4. Stmlds for sale of agricultural products produced on the premises. <br />(These stands to be constructed according to set-back rules and <br />regulations as outlined under Section 10.) <br />5. stock raising and dairying. <br />6. Golf courses. <br />7. Airports, cemeteries, and gun clubs, anyone of which shall require <br />a special perm t to be issued by the local governing body. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br />Residence District "A" <br /> <br />In an "A" Residence District no building or land shall be used, and no <br />building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered unless <br />otherwise provided herein, except for one of the following uses: <br />
