ORDINANCE NO. 149 99 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COMMERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY oPROVIDING Fon THE CLASSIFICATION, REGULATION AND RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AIm OF BUILDINGS USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFI11J PURPOSES, REGULATING AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREAS, ESTABLISHING THE BREAKDOWN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING l'ENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF. The Village Council of Rosevil1e ordains as follows: SECTION 1 For the purpose of this ordinance, the Village of Roseville is hereby divided into the following six classes of use districts: 1. Farm residence districts 2. Residence districts "A" 3. Residence districts liB" 4. Residence districts "C" 5. Business districts 6. Industrial districts The ordinances of these districts, except the business districts, are as shown upon the zoning map which accompanies this plan which is hereby declared to be a part hereof; all notations, references and other matters shown upon said lJlap shall be as much a part of this plan as though fully described herein. No building or premiees shall be erected or used for any purpose that does not comply with the use regulation of the district in 'Which^said building, or premises, is located. The exact dimensions of the Business Districts are shown on. maps contained in the Ramsey County Atlas. SECTION 2 Farm Residence District In a Farm Residence District no building or land shall he used, and no building shall be erected, converted, or structurally altered, unless otherwise provided herein except for one or more of the following uses: 1. Any use permitted in the "A" Residence District. 2. General farming or gardening. 3. Commercial greenhouses and nurseries. 4. Stmlds for sale of agricultural products produced on the premises. (These stands to be constructed according to set-back rules and regulations as outlined under Section 10.) 5. stock raising and dairying. 6. Golf courses. 7. Airports, cemeteries, and gun clubs, anyone of which shall require a special perm t to be issued by the local governing body. SECTION 3 Residence District "A" In an "A" Residence District no building or land shall be used, and no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered unless otherwise provided herein, except for one of the following uses:
