<br />100 <br /> <br />1. One family dwellings and their accessory buildings. <br />2. Public parks. <br />3. Churches and schools.~ <br />4. Gardening which shall not include stock raising, dairying, or <br />the keeping of hogs. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br />Residence District "B" <br /> <br />In a "B" Residence District no building or land shall be used, and no <br />building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered unless <br />otherwise provided herein, except for one or more of the following uses, <br /> <br />1. Any use permitted in the "All Residence District. <br />2. Two family dwelling. <br />3. Colleges, libraries, or community building, anyone of which <br />shall require a special permit to be issued by the loc al <br />governing body. <br />4. Offices of professional persons when located in the dwelling. <br /> <br />SECTION 5 <br />Residence District "CII <br /> <br />In a IICII Residence District no building or land shall be used and no <br />building shall hereafter be erected, converte9, or structurally altered unless <br />otherwise prOVided herein except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> <br />1. Any use permitted in the "A" or liB" Residence Districts. <br />2. Multiple dwellings, hotels, boarding and rooming houses, <br />tourist homes, lodging houses. <br />3. Public or private playgrounds. <br />4. Hospitals, sanitariums, pljilanthropic or charitable institutions, <br />anyone of which shall require a special permit to be issued by <br />the local governing body. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br />Business District <br /> <br />In a Business District, no building or land shall be used, and no building <br />ehall hereafter be erected, converted, or structurally altered, unless other- <br />wise provided herein, except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> <br />1. Any use permitted in residence district. <br />2. Any retail business or personal service customarily rendered for <br />the locality, including the making of articles to be sold at <br />retail on the premises to the ultimate consumer, provided such <br />use is not noxious or offensive by reason of the emission of <br />dust, odor, smoke, gas fumes, noise, or vibration. <br />3. Office buildings, banks, fire stations, commercial.greenhouees, <br />ice delivery stations. <br />4. Amusement parks, assembly halls, auditoriums, theatres. <br />S. Advertising signs. <br />6. Public garages. <br />7. Automobile parking lots. Not used as junk yards or for automobi1~ <br />wrecking. <br />8. Veterinar~r hospitals. <br />9. Pursuits and services customarily required and used by travelers <br />
