ORDINANCE NO. 152 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDDJANCE NO. 149 ENTITLm "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, COMMERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING FOR THE CIJASSIFICATION, REGULATION AND RESTRIC- TION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AND OF BUILDINGS USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFIED PURPOSES, REGULATING AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREAS, ESTABLISHING THE BREAK1lO19N OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES, AND-PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
