REGULATnm AND DETERMINING THE MINIMtJM SIZE OF YARD <br />AREAS, ESTABLISHING 'THE BR.EAKOOVIN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PtJRPOSES, AND PROVIDrnG <br />PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF." <br /> <br />115 <br /> <br />The Village Council of Rosevi11e ordains as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 149 entitled ".An Ordinance for the Purpose 'of <br />Promoting the Public Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, Property and General <br />Welfare by Prqviding for the Classification, Regulati,on and Restriction of the <br />Erection of Trades and Industries and of Buildings used for HUIl81l Habitation <br />an~ .for Specified Purposes, Regul~ting and Determining the Min1m.UlIl Size of yard <br />Areas, Establishing the Breakdmm of Districts for Said Purposes, and Providing <br />Penalties for Violation Thereof", is hereby amended by striking Section 1 there- <br />of and inserting in lieu thereof the following: . <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, the Village or Roseville is hereby <br />divided into the following six classes of use districts: <br /> <br />1. Farm residence districts <br />2. Residence districts "A" <br />3. Residence*d1etr1cts "B" <br />4. Residence districts DC" <br />5. Business districts <br />6. Industrial districts <br /> <br />These districts are as shOTm upon the zoning map which accompanies this <br />plan and which is hereby declared to be a part hereof; all notation~, references <br />and other matters sho1lJl upon said map shall be as JlIUch a part of this plan as <br />though fully described herein. <br /> <br />No building or plans shall be used for any purpose that does not comply <br />with the use regulation of the district in which said building or prePlises i-8 <br />located. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />That said Ordinance No. 149 is hereby further amended by inserting in <br />Section XII thereof the following paragraphs following Paragraph (e): <br /> <br />(e-l) There is hereby created a Board 'of Zoning which shall consist <br />of five ( 5) members and the village engineer. The mellbers shall be appointed by <br />the Village Council, and of tlle memberf! first appointed, one shall be appointed <br />for the term of one year, one for the term of two years. one for the term of three <br />years, one tor the term of four years, one for the term of five years, said <br />expiration date~ to be computed for the members tiret appointed from <br />and after January 1, 1953. Both original and successive appointees shall <br />hold their offices until their successors are appointed <br />
