REGULATnm AND DETERMINING THE MINIMtJM SIZE OF YARD AREAS, ESTABLISHING 'THE BR.EAKOOVIN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PtJRPOSES, AND PROVIDrnG PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF." 115 The Village Council of Rosevi11e ordains as follows: SECTION 1 That Ordinance No. 149 entitled ".An Ordinance for the Purpose 'of Promoting the Public Health, Safety, Order, Commerce, Property and General Welfare by Prqviding for the Classification, Regulati,on and Restriction of the Erection of Trades and Industries and of Buildings used for HUIl81l Habitation an~ .for Specified Purposes, Regul~ting and Determining the Min1m.UlIl Size of yard Areas, Establishing the Breakdmm of Districts for Said Purposes, and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof", is hereby amended by striking Section 1 there- of and inserting in lieu thereof the following: . SECTION 1 For the purpose of this ordinance, the Village or Roseville is hereby divided into the following six classes of use districts: 1. Farm residence districts 2. Residence districts "A" 3. Residence*d1etr1cts "B" 4. Residence districts DC" 5. Business districts 6. Industrial districts These districts are as shOTm upon the zoning map which accompanies this plan and which is hereby declared to be a part hereof; all notation~, references and other matters sho1lJl upon said map shall be as JlIUch a part of this plan as though fully described herein. No building or plans shall be used for any purpose that does not comply with the use regulation of the district in which said building or prePlises i-8 located. SECTION 2 That said Ordinance No. 149 is hereby further amended by inserting in Section XII thereof the following paragraphs following Paragraph (e): (e-l) There is hereby created a Board 'of Zoning which shall consist of five ( 5) members and the village engineer. The mellbers shall be appointed by the Village Council, and of tlle memberf! first appointed, one shall be appointed for the term of one year, one for the term of two years. one for the term of three years, one tor the term of four years, one for the term of five years, said expiration date~ to be computed for the members tiret appointed from and after January 1, 1953. Both original and successive appointees shall hold their offices until their successors are appointed
