<br />120 <br /> <br />approved methods of plumbing construction, the statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />relating to plumbing work and the Minnesota Plumbing Code as adopted by the <br />Minnesota State Board of Health, as amended. Said Plumbing Inspector shall <br />receive as compensation for his services such fees as the Council by resolution <br />shall provide, and he shall not engage in the business of the installation and <br />the maintenance of plumbing, either directly or indirectly in this Village, and <br />he shall have no financial interest in any concern engaged in such business in <br />this Village. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br /> <br />It shall be the duty of the Village Plumbing Inspector to enforce the <br />provisions of this ordinance. All plumbing work hereafter constructed shall be <br />inspected, and if not found to be in accordance with said Code shall be corrected.? <br />If after written notice to the person installing work such person neglects or ' <br />refuses to conform to such Order, the Village or the Village Plumbing Inspector <br />may remove such work and charge the costs thereof to the person installing the <br />same. No person shall cOver aQy such work without its being duly inspected, or <br />refuse to correct work when so ordered by the Village Plumbing Inspector. <br />, ... . <br /> <br />'SECTION 7 <br /> <br />Said Plumbing Inspector shall have the right during reasonable hours <br />to enter aqy building in the discharge of his duties or for the purpose of making <br />any inspection or test of the installation of plumbing or plumbing work. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall'be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than One Hundred and 00/100 ($100.00) <br />Dollars, or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />SECTION 9 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 2nd day of June, 1953. <br /> <br />George S.
