<br />1:11 <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br /> <br />All motor boats operating upon the public waters within the Village of <br />Roseville shall be equipped with mufflers of such design and make as to <br />effectively eliminate all exhaust noises created during the operation of said <br />motor boats. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor punishable by fine of not to exceed One Hundred and 00/100 ($100.00) <br />Dollars or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 18th day of August, 1953. <br /> <br />George S.
