<br />164 <br /> <br />-2.. <br /> <br />SECTION 5 <br /> <br />No electrical work snall be performed by any licensed electrician without <br />first having obtained a permit therefor from the Village of Roseville as <br />provided by the ordinance of said Village. <br /> <br />SECTION 6 <br /> <br />The license herein provided for shall expire on July 1 following the date <br />of issuance, but'the Village Council may revoke said license at any time after <br />due hearing if the licensee shall violate the provisions of this or any other <br />ordinance of the Village of Roseville governing the performance of electrical <br />work. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 <br /> <br />Any person Violating the prov1s1ons of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment <br />not to exceed 90 d~s. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this 6th day of October, 1953.' <br /> <br />George S.
