IlJSURANCE If this work is being done for the municipality in which it is located, the contractor shall take out all of the neces~;ary insurance for the protection of the municipality, himself, his employees :.md. his work and such other insurance as ~ay be required by law. SECTION ItS SECTION h7 BOND If this Hark is being done for the municipality, the contr1.ctor shall furnish said municipality loli th an aPllroved suroty bond in an amount equal to tho total amount of the contract. The bond shall guarantee that the contractor shall perform each and. every part of the aGreement; cover all guarantees called for in the specifications and insure the prompt payment of all p()rsons furnish; ng materials or labor needed to complete the work; the guarantee shall extend ninety days after com- pletion of the contract.
