<br />188 <br /> <br />Acceptance of a cash deposit by the Village Counci.l after the crading <br />of the street has been satisfactorily accomplished shall constitute <br />acceptance of the street by the Village Council and the stabilization <br />Hork will be done by the Village. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 <br /> <br />Subsc,ction 1: <br />!tUTHORITY FOR WORK WITHIN STREET RIGHT OF WAY <br />After the recording of the final plats, the streets thp.rein are under the <br />jurisdiction of the Vil1a["o Council. Any person or persons proposing to <br />do any work of any kLnd or to make any improvement such as the construction <br />of curbing, sidewalk, boulevards, the planting of grass or of trees will be <br />required to obtain permission therefor from the Village Council and to abide <br />by all the rules and regulations then"in effect. <br /> <br />,.,. <br /> <br />Subsection 2: <br />Any and all ~o~done in the 'public right of 1m,) shall be directly under <br />the control of the Village Council and must conform ..lith at1 of the <br />ordinances, rules, regulations and laws of the Village. The Village Council shall also continue to construct new <br />streets where and when, in the opinion of the Council, such improvement <br />or construction is necessary in the public interest. <br /> <br />SECTION 9 <br /> <br />Subsection 1: <br />STREET 1dIDTHS <br />Although the minimum width for any street in any proposed subdivision <br />shall be 60 feet, the Village Council will accept streets 30 feet lude <br />when located along the boundary lines of the propertJr which is beinG <br />platted.
