<br />219 <br /> <br />3-21 Special permits shall be required for the establishment of a trailer <br />camp. A special permit shall be required for the placing of one house <br />trailer on unimproved land for temporary use as a dwelling. One <br />house trailer may be parked on improved property temporarily by special <br />permit. - <br /> <br />3-22 Any special permit for the use of a trailer as a temporary dwelling <br />place shall expire in ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. <br /> <br />3-23 No permit shall be required for construction, repairs, maintenance or <br />minor alterations made in accordance with this code when the value of <br />such work and material used shall not exceed $150.00. <br /> <br />3-24 Permi ts shall be required for the installation of any device, appli.. <br />ance, machine, heating device or apparatus requiring the use of manu- <br />factured gas, natural gas or liquid petroleum gas. These permits Will <br />be issued to licensed installers only. " <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR <br /> <br />PERJo1IT FEES <br /> <br />4-1 Permit fees for new building construction or additions to existing <br />structures shall be based upon the area of the structure to be built. <br />Buildings will be classified in accordance with their height and the <br />rate for the various heights shall differ where basements are not con- <br />structed. These permits shall <br />be obtained from the building inspector upon the payment of the fee to <br />him. <br /> <br />h-3 <br /> <br />A permit shall be required for the moving of any building. These per- <br />mits will be issued to responsible movers. The applicant for one of <br />these permits shall pay a fee of $.15 per one thousand (1,000) cubic <br />feet of actual volume of the building which is to be moved. <br /> <br />4-4 <br /> <br />A permit shall be required for the wrecking of any building. The appli- <br />cant for one of these permits shall pay a fee of $0.25 per 1000 cubic <br />-16- <br />
