<br />218 <br /> <br />3-11 One copy of the plot plan shall remain with the Inspector. <br /> <br />]-12 lOne copy of the plot plan shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />f, the municipality within thirty (30) days of the issuance of any permit <br />'\.bY the Inspector. <br /> <br />3-13 Permits shall be required for the moving of any; building. This shall <br />include buildings being moved into or out of a municipality as well <br />"as buildings being moved fi:lom one location to another wi thin the muni- <br />cipality. These permits shall be issued to responsible movers only. <br /> <br />3-14 Unless the applicant for a permit to move a building to a new location <br />within this municipality furnishes the Building Inspector with a state- <br />ment si.ned by theOW'fIBrs of the property immediately adjacent to that <br />upon which the b1.lilding is to he located, expressing their willingness <br />to have said building to located, the matter shall be referred to the <br />governing body.. When such matter is referred to the governing body, the <br />permit may be issued by that body without the permission of the adjacent <br />millers. <br /> <br />3-15 A permit shall be required for any work such as sidewalk construction, <br />curb or gutter construction, driveways, tree planting, boulevards, drain- <br />age, etc. which is proposed to be done within the public right of way. <br />These permits shall be issued by the Clerk or the building inspector after <br />the application for the work has been approved by the EnginE;er for the <br />municipality. <br /> <br />3-16 No alterations or additions in the existing, Wl.rl.ng of any buUding shall <br />be made nor shall any building be wired for the placing of any electric <br />lights, motors, heating devices, or any apparatus requiring the use of <br />electrical current, no:b shall any alterations be made in the wiring of any <br />building after inspection without first securing a permit therefore, <br />except minor repair work such as repairing flush and snap switches, re- <br />pl~cing fuses, changing lamp sockets and receptacles, taping bare joints <br />and repairing drop cords. Applications for permits shall be filed with <br />the Clerk of the municipality. <br /> <br />3-17 Nd alterations or additions in the existing plumbing in any building shall <br />be made nor shall ahy plumbing be placed in any building nor shall any <br />sewage disposal system be constructed without first securing a permit there- <br />fo'r except minor repair work. Applications for permits shall be filed <br />with the Clerk or Building Inspector of the minicipality. <br /> <br />3-1& A permit will be required to begin the installation, alteration or repair <br />(except such minor repair not involving the removal of the burner from <br />its application) of any gas burner or gas burner equipment. <br /> <br />3-19' No alterations or 'additions in the existing heating system in any building <br />shall be made nor shall any new heating system be placed in any building <br />(except stoves) without first securing a permit therefor except minor <br />repair work. Applications for permits shall be filed with the Clerk or <br />the Building Inspector for the mUnicipality. <br /> <br />3-20 A permit shall be requtred for all wall signs, roof signs, projecting signs <br />and bill boards. Cloth signs may be placed flat on puildings or structures <br />for a 'period of time not exceeding thirty (30) days without a permit. The <br />pernut shall not be required for any sign which is painted on a building. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
