<br />225 <br /> <br />4-28 Any person, firm, or corporation who shall commence work of any kind <br />for which a permit is required under the provisions of this ordinance <br />without having first received the necessary permit therefor shall, <br />when subsequently secllri:ng such permit, be required to pay double <br />the fees provided for in this Building Cqde, for such permit and shall <br />be subject to all the penal provisions of this code. <br /> <br />4-29 All permits issued shall expire ninety (90) days after the date there- <br />of, and unless the work contemplated and authorized thereby is in actual <br />progress, all fees shall be forfeited. <br /> <br />4-30 The permit fee for the establishment of a trailer camp shall be at <br />the rate of $10.00 per trailer. This permit fee to be paid before <br />. any work of any kind is started on the site shall include all of the <br />trailers that can be parked on the proposed trailer camp site when <br />filled to its capacity. <br /> <br />5-1 <br /> <br />5~2 <br /> <br />5-3 <br /> <br />5-4 <br /> <br />5-5 <br /> <br />5-6 <br /> <br />SECTION FIVE <br /> <br />Bl[.ILDING SITE REQUIRIDIJENTS <br /> <br />Each applicant for a building ~rmit must satisfy the inspector that <br />the property to be occupied -by said building shall have access to a <br />public street or way, or to a private way protected by a permanent <br />easement which shall be of width and construction suitable to traffic <br />requirements of the neighborhood in which the property is located. This <br />shall not be ,construed to include alleys or service ways. Where a <br />private easement is to be used, it shall require special permission <br />by the governing body (see definition of public streets). <br /> <br />After a.building permit has been applied for and. previous to the issu- <br />ance of said permit, the inspector shall thoroughly investigate the <br />existing drainage feature~ of the property to be used. This inves- <br />tigation s~all include an actual inspection of the property, if <br />necessarY. <br /> <br />No permit shall be issued for the construction of any building which <br />construction or necessary grading incidental shall obstruct any natural <br />drainage waterway. <br /> <br />No permit shall be issued in any case where the relative elevations <br />of the proposed building grade and the established road grade shall <br />conflict in such a manner as to cause da.zitage through drainage conditions. <br /> <br />No permit shall be issued for the construction of a building upon ~ <br />ground which amnot be propem drained. . <br /> <br />Where application is made for a building permit and subsequent.inves- <br />tigation shows that the property to be occupied by said building is <br />adjacent to a protion of a public road or street cont~ing a drainage <br />cu~vert, catch basin, sewer, special ditch or any'other artificial <br />drainage structure used for the purpose of draining said property and/ <br />or neighboring property, the applicant shall specifically agree in wri tinp.; <br />to protect these waterways in such a way that they shall not be ~ecjed <br /> <br />-22:- <br />
