<br />226 <br /> <br />by the proposed building construction or grading work incidental thereto. <br /> <br />5-7 No permit shall be issued for the construction of more than one (1:) private <br />garage for each dwelling. Each applicant for a building permit to construct <br />any dwelling shall be required to provide off street parking space for at <br />least one automobile per family to be housed in addition to any garage space <br />to be used. <br /> <br />5-8 Location of building corners relative to property lines shall conform with <br />the rules and regulations covering set-backs and side yards as set forth <br />in the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />5-9 No building shall hereafter be placed upon a single lot so that there shall <br />be a dwelling house in the rear of another house with the same frontage <br />except by special permission.by the governing body. <br /> <br />5-10 Garages shall be so located on the property as to conform with the sidey~ <br />specifications of the zoning ordinance, in the particular classification <br />for which the property is zoned. <br /> <br />5-11 No private garage shall be so located that its doors, when open, project <br />over public property. <br /> <br />5-12 No detached private garage shall be located closer to any dwelling on the <br />adjoining property than twenty (20) feet unless the owner of such dwelling <br />agrees in writing to allow said garage to be erected closer. <br /> <br />5-13 $hould the owner or agent of any property upon which a trailer is located <br />receive rent or paymebt for such use, the property shall, at once, be <br />considered as a trailer camp and such property shall have to comply with <br />the zoning ordinance and the provisions of this code relative to trailer camps. <br /> <br />5-14 The removal of wheels from any trailer, or the remodeling of a trailer through <br />the construction of a foundation or the enclosure of the space between the <br />base of the trailer and the ground, or through the construction of additions, <br />to provide extra floor space will not be considered as tronforming with this <br />code in any respect and will, therefor, be prohibited. <br /> <br />5-15 The placing of old railroad coaches, street cars, buses, construction <br />trailers, etc. on any property in the municipali>> improved or unimproved <br />will not be permitted. <br /> <br />5-16 Corner lots shall be considered as fronting the street upon which their <br />narrow width is actually fronting. The property line lying between the <br />intersecting street and the corner lot along the depth of the lot shall be <br />considered as a side line. All of the 18gulations relative to front yards <br />and set-backs shall apply to each corner lot on this basis regardless of <br />which street is actually faced by the building constructed thereon. <br /> <br />5-17 The space between any part of a dwelling or apartment and the property line <br />shall be deemed a side yard or a set-back as the term might apply. The <br />term !tany part of a -dwelling, or apartment houselt shall include vestibules <br />or any other construction which is a part of or attached to the building <br />except chimneys and fireplaces projecting not more than twelve (12) inches. <br /> <br />-23- <br />
