<br />2~O <br /> <br />SECTION 16 REPEAL OF BO!RD OF ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />\... <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 144, an ordinance amending an ordinance entitled: <br />-An ordinance for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, <br />order, commerce, property ana general welfare by providing the classifica- <br />tion, regulation and restriction of the erection of trades and industries <br />and of buildings used for human habitation and for specified purposes re- <br />gulating and determining the minimum size of yard areas, establishing <br />the breakdown of districts for said purposes, and providing penalties for <br />the violation thereof adopted May 27, 1948". as amended: is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 17 ORDINANCE TO BECOME AFFECTIVE <br /> <br />This ordinance shall become effective after its publication and upon <br />the appointment of the Planning Commission members by the Village Council. <br />Adopted by the Village Council of rtoseville this 19th day of April 1955. <br /> <br />~~t7~ <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />
