It <br /> <br />The Village ~ouncil of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That Section 6 and ~ection 7 of ORDINANCE NO. 105, entitled <br />"AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRONOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, <br />ORDER,COMHERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY RROVIDING FOR THE <br />CLASSIFICATION, REGULATION AND RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES <br />AND INDUSTRIES AND OF BUILDINGS USED FOR ~IAN HABITATION AND FOR <br />SPECIFIED PURPOSES, REGULATING AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF <br />YARD AREA, ESTABLISHING Tfffi BREAKDOWN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES, <br />AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF," be amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 6. BUSINESS DISTRICT. In a business district, <br />no building or land shall be used, and no building shall hereafter <br />be ereeted, converted, or structurally altered, unless otherwise pro- <br />vided herein, except for one or more of the following used: <br /> <br />1. Any retail business or personal service customarily <br />rendered for the locality, including the making of <br />articles to be sold at retail on the premises to the <br />ultimate consumer, provided such use is not noxious or <br />offensive by reason of the emission of dust, odor, <br />smoke, gas, fumes, noise, or vibrations. <br />2. Office buildings, banks, fire st8tions, commercial <br />greenhoused, ice delivery stations. <br />3. Aiusements parks, assembly halls, auditoriums, theaters~ <br />4. Advertising signs. <br />5. Public garages. <br />6. Automobles parking lots. Not used as junk yards or for <br />automobile wrecking. <br />7. Veterinary hospitals. <br />8. Pursiita and services customarily required and used by <br />tra"velers on the highway, including the following, and <br />none other. <br /> <br />Gasoline filling stations <br />Refreshment stands <br />Wayside hotels for overnight board and lodging <br />Restaurants and eating places <br />Ifourists automobile camps <br />Cabins <br />Lodges and homes <br />9. Trailer camps by special permit and conformance to <br />existing regulations. <br />
