It The Village ~ouncil of Roseville ordains: SECTION 1 That Section 6 and ~ection 7 of ORDINANCE NO. 105, entitled "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRONOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER,COMHERCE, PROPERTY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY RROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFICATION, REGULATION AND RESTRICTION OF THE ERECTION OF TRADES AND INDUSTRIES AND OF BUILDINGS USED FOR ~IAN HABITATION AND FOR SPECIFIED PURPOSES, REGULATING AND DETERMINING THE MINIMUM SIZE OF YARD AREA, ESTABLISHING Tfffi BREAKDOWN OF DISTRICTS FOR SAID PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF," be amended to read as follows: Section 6. BUSINESS DISTRICT. In a business district, no building or land shall be used, and no building shall hereafter be ereeted, converted, or structurally altered, unless otherwise pro- vided herein, except for one or more of the following used: 1. Any retail business or personal service customarily rendered for the locality, including the making of articles to be sold at retail on the premises to the ultimate consumer, provided such use is not noxious or offensive by reason of the emission of dust, odor, smoke, gas, fumes, noise, or vibrations. 2. Office buildings, banks, fire st8tions, commercial greenhoused, ice delivery stations. 3. Aiusements parks, assembly halls, auditoriums, theaters~ 4. Advertising signs. 5. Public garages. 6. Automobles parking lots. Not used as junk yards or for automobile wrecking. 7. Veterinary hospitals. 8. Pursiita and services customarily required and used by tra"velers on the highway, including the following, and none other. Gasoline filling stations Refreshment stands Wayside hotels for overnight board and lodging Restaurants and eating places Ifourists automobile camps Cabins Lodges and homes 9. Trailer camps by special permit and conformance to existing regulations.
