<br />~ <br />29 b <br /> <br />.n. <br />10. ny other retail business or personal service which is <br />similar in character to any other use permitted in this <br />district. <br /> <br />All structures in this district shall require a special permit. <br />This special permit is to be issued by not less than a two-third (2/3) <br />vote by number of the members of the Gouncil. <br /> <br />",--_/ <br /> <br />Section 7. INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. In an Industrial District, <br />all buildings and land ma~ be used for any lawful use except as <br />designated in Section 3, Residence District "A", Section 4, rtesidence <br />District "B", Section 5, Residence District "C", Section 6, Business <br />District, unless the same has, prior to the passage of this <br />Ordinance, been platted and approved for such uses, provided, <br />however, that no building shall hereafter be erected, converted, or <br />structurally altered for any of the following uses unless the location <br />and use shall have been approved by the Council. <br /> <br />1. Acid manufacture. <br />2. Cement, lime, gypsum, or plaster of Paris manufacture. <br />3. Distillation of bones. <br />4. Explosives of fireworks, manufacture or storage. <br />5. Fat rendering. <br />6. Fertilizer manufacturing. <br />7. Garbage, Uffal, or dead animal reduction or dumping. <br />8. Gas manufacture. <br />9. Glue manufacture. <br />10. Petroleum refining. <br />11. Stockyards or abbattoirs. <br />12. Smelters. <br />13. Tenneries. <br />14.
