<br />ORDllUNCE NO. <X 9"1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REL.ftTIVE TO VARIOUS <br />OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, <br />WELIi'ARE, MORALS, OR '1l-::E PF.ACE OF <br />THE COMMUNITY. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Rosevi1le does ordaia: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Dumping of Rubbish. <br />Dumping restricted. No person shall dump or deposit at any place <br />wi thin the Village of RosevUle, 9Y.cept at authorized public dumps or on <br />private property with the consent of the owner, any rubbish, ashes, trash <br />or other waste material. <br /> <br />Seetion II. <br /> <br />Restrietion of animals at large. No person shall permit any horse, <br />mule, ass, goat, :3\dne, pal try, chickeas, geese, ducks or any cattle to <br />run at large in the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />Section III. <br /> <br />Abandoned Ice Boxes. <br />Doors to be Removed. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, <br />or corporation to leave in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, <br />unattended, or discarded ice-box, refrigerator, or any other container of <br />any kind which has an air-tight snap-lock, or other device thereon, without <br />first removing sa.id snap-lock or doors from said ice-box, refrigerator or <br />container. <br /> <br />Section IV. <br /> <br />Begging. No person or persons shall, upon the public streets, <br />lanes, alley ways or any other public place, beg money or engage in <br />street begging. <br /> <br />No person or persons shall go from house to house1Jegging alms in <br />said Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />No person or persons shall accost strangers, or stop and annoy <br />people upon the streets of said village by pegging or otherwise mis- <br />behaving themselves. <br /> <br />Section V. <br /> <br />Vagrancy prohibited. No person shall be a vagrant in the Village <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br />Vagraney defined. Any person who has no visible means of support, <br />and lives idly without employment or any settled place of abode, or loiters <br />about taverns or bawdy houses, or is found trespassing upon the private <br />premises o~others, and is unable to account for his conduct, shall be <br />
