<br />deemed a vagrant. <br /> <br />Section VI. <br /> <br />Swindling prohibited. It is unlawful for any parso., firm or cor- <br />poration to keep or maintain a store or other place of business for the <br />purpose of faking, grafting or swindling. <br /> <br />An.v person who shall fake, graft or swindle, or shall cheat or <br />'~ defraud by any of the practices usually known as taking, grafting or <br />swindling, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section VII. <br /> <br />Sale of Stink Balls Prohibited. No person or corporation shall sell, <br />e:xhibit for sale, furnish or give away within the limits of the VilJage of <br />Roseville any stinkball or any other nauseous or ill-smelling preparation or <br />substance whatsoever, designed or intended to be used for the annoyance or <br />disturbance of persons. <br /> <br />Unlawful to Use. No person shall release or place any stinkball or <br />any nauseous or ill-smelling preparation (\r substance whatsoever, in any <br />room or building :in the Village of Roseville wherein any persons or audience <br />are gathered or assembled. <br /> <br />Section VIII. <br /> <br />Lurking. Any person or persons who shall be found lurking, lying <br />in wait or concealed in any house or other building, or in any yard or <br />premises within the limits of the Village of Resaville, with intent to <br />do any mischief, or to steaJ., or to cODllit any offense prohibited by the <br />laws of this state, or by the ordinances of this village, shall be guilt,. <br />of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section IX. <br /> <br />Riots. Any person or persons who shall make, aid or countenance, <br />or assist in making any noise, riot, disturbance or improper diversion, <br />to the annoyance or disturbance of the citizens, or other person or persons <br />in said village; or who collect in bodies or crowds in any s treat or public <br />~lace in said village, so as to obstruct public travel thereon, shall be <br />gudlty of a misdemanor. <br /> <br />Section X. <br /> <br />Nudity, Etc. Any person or persons who shall appear in any street <br />or public place in said village in a state of nudity, or in a dress not <br />belonging to his or her sex, or in any indecent or lewd dress, or shall <br />make any indecent exposure of his or her person, or be g~ilty of any <br />obscene or filthy act, or of any lewd, indecent, immoral or insulting <br />conduct, language or behavior, or shall exhibit sell or offer to sell, <br />any indecent or lewd book, pieture or other thing, or shall exhibit or <br />perform any indecent, immoral or lewd play or other representation, shall <br />be guilty of a mmemeanor. <br />
