"Wholesalers, Etc. Excepted. Nothing in this section shall 'be construed to prohibit any resident 'Wholesaler, d ea.ler, or jobber from selling at wholesale such fireworks as are not prohibited in this section; or the sale of any kind of fireworks for shipment directly out of the state; or the use of fireworks by air- planes and railroads, or other transportation agencies for signal purposes or illumination' or the sue cr use of' blank cartridges for a show or theatre, or for signal 0; ceremonial purposes in athletics or sports, or for use by military organizationfJ. Seizure of illegal Fireworks. The Fire Chief or the Police Chief, or any member of the fire or police department., or the Sheriff or e.ny of his deputies, shall seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed, at the expense of the OWD3 rs, all stocks of fireworks or combustibles offered or exposed for sale, stored, or held in violation of this section. Sectioa XIX. Distribution of Handbills Prohibited. No person shall distribute hand-bills, pamphlets or advertising matter of any kind from house to house, within the Villa.ge of Roseville, unless such handbills, pamphlets or advertising matter shall be placed under the door of such house or so inserted near the door-knob as to insure their not being blown about. Section XX. Window Peeping Unlawful. It is hereby declared to be unlaw.f'ul for allY person surreptitiously to look, gaze, stare, or peep in the window of a home or place of dwelling of another with intent to intrude upon or interfere with the privacy of a member of the household thereof. Section XXI. False Crime Reports. False Information. No person shall report or cause to be reported to the Bureau of Police bS1 telephone, in writing, or b;y any other means or c01JlIllU!lication, any felony, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor, knowing that no such felony, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor ha.s, in .fact, been committed. It is unlawful for any person in reporting a felony, gross misdellS an or or midsemeanor which has actually been committed, to knowingly give false information a.bout the same to the Bureau of Police. Section XXII. Disorderly Conduct. No person or persons within the Village ot Roseville, shall commit or suffer to be committed, in e.ny house or other building or p!lm:i.ses by him, or her, or them occupied, any rioting, quarreling, fighting, revelling, dnmkenness, or any other disorderly conduct, calculated to disturb thenclghborbood, or annoy travelers or others.
