<br />legality of any search or seizure or proceeding or prosecution made or had under
<br />the provis:ions of this chapter.

<br />Confiscation. If the defendant in any such criminal action, proceeding,
<br />prosecution or trial shall be found guilty of violating this section, all of the
<br />aforesaid devices shall be destroyed by the Chie!' of Police of the VilJage of
<br />Rosevi11c, or under his direction; such destruction to be by burning with acetylene
<br />torch, or other method which shaJ..l insure the complete destruction of such devices.
<br />
<br />No search \larrant for the search of' a dwelling house, sol;:,ly occupied
<br />as such, shall issue except upon oath or affirmation charging that the particular
<br />premises described in such search warrant are being used for the purpose of having
<br />or keeping in possession any of the things forbiddell by paragraph cne of th:fs Sections
<br />
<br />Tbe term "persontl as used in this section, shall mean alld include ineividua1s,
<br />partnerships, associations, corporations, trustees or receivers.
<br />
<br />Inducement to Violate. Every person \/ho, directly or indirectly, aids,
<br />abets, counsels, encourages, hires, commands, induces or otherwise procures another
<br />to violate any of the provisioas of this Section, shall be deemed guilty of a
<br />violation thereot.

<br />Section xvn.
<br />
<br />T8ll1pering with Civil Defense Warning System Prohibition. It shall be
<br />un1allf\1l for any person or persons not duly authorizeO by the Bureau of Civil
<br />Defense to use, operate, alter, interfere or tamper with any of the sinKS,
<br />switchboxes, installations or equipment of the air raid warning system of the
<br />Village of Rosevi11e.

<br />Section XVIII.

<br />Fireworks Defined. As used in Section XVnI the term "fireworks" means
<br />any substance or combination 01' substances or article prepared for the purpose ct'
<br />producing a fisib1e or an audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration,
<br />or detonation, and includes blank cartridges, toy cannons, and toy canes in which
<br />explosives are used, the type of balloons which require fire underneath to propel
<br />them, firecrackers, torpedoes, skyrockets, Roman candles, daygo bombs, 4
<br />or other t'irevorks of like construction, and any fireworks containing any explosive
<br />substance and commonly used as fireworks. The term "fireworks" shall not incl1:i1e
<br />to,. pistols, toy guns in which paper caps containing 25 hundredths grans or less
<br />of explosive compound are used, and toy pistol caps which contain less than 20
<br />hundredths grains of explosive mixture.
<br />
<br />Sale Prohibited. Except as otherwise provided in Section XVIII, it
<br />shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sue, expose for sale, sell at retail,
<br />or use or exp1cx1e any fireworks.
<br />
<br />Public Displays Excepted. Nothing in this section shall prohibit
<br />supervised public displays of fireworks by the VilJage of Roseville, fair
<br />a.ssociations, amusements parks or other organizations. Except when such display
<br />is given by the Village of Roseville or by a fair association within its own
<br />limits, no display shall be given unless a permit therefor has been first secured
<br />in accordance with the applicable provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sect!. on 515.435.
