'$ BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br />REGULATIONS FOR THE SUBDIVISION A.1Iill PLATTING OF L'IlTD WITHIN THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE: DEFINING CERTAIN TERl1S USED THEREIN; <br />FROVIDING FOR THE1REPARATION OF PLATS; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES, STREETS, AND OTHER ESSENTIAL <br />D1PROVEMENTS; PROVIDJNG FOR THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN LAND <br />FOR PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS; ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR THE <br />APPROVAL AND RECORDING OF PLATS; PROVIDnm FOR THE llvlPOSnlG <br />OF PLAT APPROVAL FEES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECT ION 1. <br /> <br />That Section 3; 3ection 4 (b), Subdivision (7); Section 6 (b), <br />Subdivision (12) (13) (14); Section 7 (f) Subdivision (8) (bb); Sections <br />9; 10; 11; 12; 13 ;'11,4; 15; 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; anq., f~pealing Section 8 <br />of Ordinance No. ~ as amended by Ordinance No. ;tH;- being an ordinance <br />establishing regulations for the subdivision &nd platting of l&nd within <br />the Village of Roseville; defining certain terms used therein; providing <br />for the preparat:L.on of plats; providing for the installation of utilities, <br />streets and other essential improvements; providing for th-:3 dedication of <br />certain land for parks and playgrounds; establishing procedures for the <br />approval and recording of plats; providing for the imposing of plat <br />approval fees and providing penalties for violation thereof, be amended <br />as follows; <br /> <br />Section 3 be amended to read: <br /> <br />"Section 3. <br /> <br />PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Before dividing any trac~ of land into two or more lots or parcels, <br />an owner or subdivider shall: <br /> <br />(a) File with the Village Council four copies of the preliminary <br />plan, alid a cash fee in the amount of $100.00, to be used for the <br />expenses of the Village in connection witb the approv~ or <br />disapproval of said plan and the approval or disapproval of any <br />final plat which may thereafter be submitted. The Village Clerk <br />shall deposit any monies so received hereunder to the credit of <br />the General Fund of the Village and shall refund to the applicant, <br />
