(c) Following final approval or disapproval of the plat by the Village Council, the Clerk shall notify the owner or sub- divider of the Council's action, and within thirty (30) days thereafter, tho final plat, as approved, shall be filed with the Village Clerk. A print of the final plat, after the plat has been recorded with the Register of Deeds, or the Registrar of Titles of the County, shall be filed with the Village Clerk." SSCTION II. That Section 4 (b), Subdivision (7) be a~ended to road as follows: "(7) Topographic data, including contours at vertical intervals of not more than two feet, except that contour lines shall be no more than one hundred feet apart. Water courses, marshes, rock outcrops and other significant features shall also be shown. Topography maps shall be clearly indicated with dotted lines." SECTION III.
