The Recreation Board ~ oreate a Citizens Recreation Committee whose purpose, although only advisory, shall be to assist the Board in aseert""ping the community's recreational needs and interest, future pl.anniJig, interpretation and in s:oy other way advantageous to the Beard. SECTION V. The Board shall render annuall;y a 1'ul1 report to the Village Council covering its operation for the fiscal year, together with a detailed account ot its estimated fUnd requirements for the ensuing Tear. SECTION VI. The Recreation Board shall be finanoed by 8.lUl\18.l apprepriation by the Village Council. All monies earmarked for use by" the Recreation Board shall remain in the Village treasur;y and shall be paid out by such order as required. Said Recreation Board is authorised and empowered to receive gifts, bequests or endowments of mone;y and donations, and this aone,., along with 8lJ'T tund. derived from earaings, shall be deposited in a special account managed by the Board. SECTION VII. The Recreation Board sball set a date in August of each year to meet jointly with the Village Council to review the recreation program. SECTION VII!.
