ORDINANCE NO. 283 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY TO THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS TO THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND THEREAFTER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE SAME AS AN OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE OONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Council of the Village of Roseville does ordain: SECTION I. That the Village of Arden Hills is hereby granted permission and authority, subject to allthe terms and conditions hereinafter expressed, and subject to all the terms and conditions expressed in City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may be amended hereafter by said City of Saint Paul, to discharge its sanitary sewage into the Roseville public sanitary sewer system through a connection adjacent to the intersection of County Road "D" and Hamline Avenue, and to construct and thereafter maintain and operate this connection according to conventional engineering standards approved as to construction, location and elevation by the Village of Roseville joining the public sanitary sewer system of the Village of Arden Hills with the public sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville to be maintained and operated as the sole outlet for that portion of the Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system from the following described area within the Village of Arden Hills, to-wit: Commencing at the SE Cor. of the Village of Arden Hills, which point is also the SE Cor. of Sec. 34, T30, R23, and which point is also the center of the intersection of Lexington Avenue North and County Road "D", thence northerly along the center line of said Lexington Avenue 7050'; thence westerly and parallel to the south line of Section 27, T30, R23, approximately 2633' to the center line of Hamline Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Hamling Avenue approximately S30 ft. tb the center line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company's right-of-way approximately 4020 feet to a point on the west line of the SEi of the SEi of Sec. 28, T30, R23; thence southerly along said west line of said SE~ of SEt approximately 670 feet to a point on the south line of said Section 28; thence southerly along the west line of the E~ of the E~ of Sec. 33, T30, R23, to the south line of said Section 33, thence easterly along the south line of said Section 33 and 34, approximately 6$63 feet to the point of beginning. The sewage from subject area of the Village of Arden Hills will be conveyed through the trunk and interceptor sewer system of the Village of Roseville for discharge into the public sanitary sewer system of the City of St. Paul for further conveyance and ultimate disposal. This ordinance shall not be applicable to any subsequent system hereafter
