constructed and designed to connect to and discharge into any outlet other than through Roseville. SECTION II. That said Village of Roseville, as a part of its obligations hereunder, has advertised for construction bids, received such bids, and awarded a contract for the construction of an enlarged trunk sewer extending from its intersection with the Roseville Interceptor Sewer at Fernwood Street and Judith Avenue and extending northerly and westerly along Fernwood Street, Dellwood Avenue, Josephine Road, and Hamline Avenue, approximately 5750 feet to the aforedescribed point of connection. Said Fernwood-Dellwood-Josephine-Hamline trunk sewer within the Village of Roseville has been enlarged from the size required for the sole use of the Village of Roseville to a diameter of 24" for a distance of approximately 341.5 feet and to a diameter of 21" for a distance of approximately 23.35 feet. The contract awarded for the construction of subject trunk sewer requires the completion of the work by no later than November 1, 1959. That said Village of Arden Hills, in addition to all annual and other service charges and as a part of its obligations hereunder, shall pay to the Village of Roseville, on or before December 15, 1959, the sum of $35,000.00 for the cost hereby apportioned to and provided to be borne by said Village of Arden Hills, for its share of the cost of construction b,y said Village of Roseville of the enlarged Fernwood-Dellwood-Josephine-Hamline trunk sewer from the intersection of Judith and Fernwood Avenues to the point of connection of the public sanitary sewer systems of the Village of Roseville and the aforedescribed portion of the Village of Arden Hills. Said sum of $35,000.00 shall be the total cost to the Village of Arden Hills and shall include the aforesaid construction cost and all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith such as legal, engineering, and inspection fees and other incidental costs. SECTION III. The Village of Arden Hills, as a part of its obligation hereunder, shall pay to the Village of Roseville the following charges: (a) Any and all charges made to the Village of Roseville by the City of Saint Paul resulting from and on account of the said sanitary sewer system of Arden Hills being connected to the sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville. (b) An annual conveyance charge by Roseville for the use of the applicable or affected Roseville trunk and interceptor sewers in an amount comparable to that paid by individual sewer users within the Village of Roseville for the operation and maintenance and use of comparable Roseville interceptor and trunk sewers.
