SECTION XIV That billings to Village of Roseville for the maintenance and operation of the Village of Arden Hills lift station to the extent of one-third of the cost of maintenance and operation including electrical cost for pumping shall be made quarterly by the Village of Arden Hills through its Village Clerk to said Village of Roseville. Such quarterly billing shall be made for the preceding quarterly period in each case on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year and shall be payable within 30 days after billing date. Any billing remaining unpaid after 30 days shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum. SECTION y:y That said Village of Arden Hills shall pass an Ordinance formally accepting and agreeing to abide by all the provisions, terms and conditions of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725 as amended, in the form to be approved by the attorney of the Village of Roseville, and shall file a duly certified copy of such Ordinance with the Clerk of the Village of Roseville within 10 days from and after the effective da.te of this Ordinance and if at the end'of such 10 day period said Village of Arden Hills shall not have formally accepted and agreed to abide by the provisions, terms and conditions of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, in the form and manner aforesaid, then unless time is extended by the Village of Roseville all permissions and authority hereby granted or provided to be granted by said Village of Roseville to said Village of Arden Hills to construct, connect, maintain or operate said connection between said public sanitary sewer systems or for any purpose whatsoever ahall absolutely terminate. SECTION Y:YI. That in thearent of any default by said Village of .Arden Hills of any of the pertinent provisions of this Ordinance, said Village of Roseville shall have the absolute right to repeal this Ordinance and terminate all contractual relations, permissions, and authorizations effected hereunder despite any contrary provision of this Ordinance. Said absolute right shall not become exercisable by said Village of Roseville until said Village of Roseville shall have given written notice of such default to said Village of Arden Hills and the elapse of 45 days after the giving of said notice without said Village of Arden Hills having made good on such default. SECTION Y:YII. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
